About Me
I was born in London,England off a canadian father and English mother.I was brought up and
educated in Newfoundland. went over to the UK when I was 20 years of age. Spent 17 years
in London, England and 19 years in Glasgow,Scotland.After 36 years I have decided to come
back to retire were I was brought up. I have gone the full circle and back. During that time
I did Nursing for 12 years, Travel agent for 7 years, then the later 18 years I was working
for Glasgow City Council in Scotland as admin. assistant.dealing with Government grants.
Now that I have retired I have time on my hands, so decided to take up a home based business. This is my story how I eventually started my Home based business.
Let me share a personal story with you. Back in 2006, I had an excellent job with Glasgow City Council in Scotland, when my health failed me, and I had no other options but to take early retirement through ill health. Where I lived then, it would be hard to fine a job to match my profile because of my disabilities.
So as a result I was left unemployed, with a small company pension to manage on to pay the mortgage and bills.
So I decided to do a little research. I spent many sleepless nights on the web, just searching for something to do, anything that could help support me and my family. I just wanted a way of making money, and not lose it, as I soon found to be the case with numerous internet scams.
Just like you,I often stumbled upon all types of websites offering me some money matrix scheme, promising me all the money in the world. Yeach, Right!!
From stuffing envelopes, multi level marketing, high yield investment programs, to selling all types of useless products. You name it, I've been there, done that.
Finally, I came across Global Cash Flow Network, which was different from the rest in that they were interested in people, putting your mine in the right prospective and focusing on your future and what you can do, and not what you can't do., and encouraging you and offering help every step of the way in your training to be a Certified Media Placement Specialist and at the same time making money while doing so. That's what held my interest. Whoo!!
When I first heard about this program, I was pretty skeptical. It just sounded too
good to be true. I discovered that one of the Top Watchdogs in the Industry gave
them a 5 Star Rating and they were a part of a prestigious online protection
group: The Consumer Advocacy Program. I was still concerned that I
would just give my money and I would never hear from anyone from the company
again - ripped off by yet another scam.
My Level 1 Media Advisor was brilliant and explained the whole system to me,and made me realize that this was a great opportunity to change my situation from being retired through ill health from my last job to being able to run a business from my own home. This was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up.
My fears aside, I decided that my dreams were worth taking the risk, so I went for it.
